We know choosing a veterinary hospital is an important decision, and we’re grateful when new clients trust us with the care of their pets. Our aim is to provide thoughtful, thorough veterinary care in a calm and friendly environment.

WHAT TO BRING

To help us get to know your pet, please bring or send through any relevant medical history, including:

  • Previous vaccination records

  • Desexing history

  • Current medications

  • Recent blood tests, imaging, or specialist reports

  • Insurance details, if applicable

If your pet has been seen at another veterinary clinic, we can also request records with your permission.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

At your first appointment, our vet will discuss your pet’s history, lifestyle, diet, preventative care, and any current concerns.

We allow time for a thorough consultation and will explain our findings and recommendations clearly. Where treatment, testing, or procedures are recommended, we will provide an estimate and discuss options with you. We always operate with the philosophy of Your Pet, Your Decision.

KEEPING IN TOUCH

We use SMS and email reminders for important healthcare reminders such as vaccinations and appointments.

Please let us know if your contact details change so we can keep your pet’s records up to date.
